The Spiral, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), is an ambitious new office building defined by its cascading terraces that bring light, fresh air, and outdoor access to every level.
I designed a comprehensive suite of digital and print campaigns to support the building’s marketing and leasing efforts. This included cover wraps and display banners for Commercial Observer, assets for the tenant website, e-blasts, and a range of leasing pitch decks. Each piece was crafted to reflect The Spiral’s striking architectural identity while engaging prospective tenants and stakeholders across multiple platforms.
