The Harper is a 21-story luxury condominium on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, designed by ODA Architecture. With its sculptural façade and elegantly detailed interiors, the building offers panoramic views of the surrounding neighborhood and the Midtown skyline.
The design focused on creating a refined suite of sales materials — from digital assets to printed floor plans — that clearly convey each residence’s layout and features. Clean composition and restrained typography reflect the architecture’s modern sophistication, presenting The Harper with clarity and quiet confidence.
