PROJECT OVERVIEWMorgan North is a landmark redevelopment transforming one of New York’s largest post office buildings into a contemporary office destination between Hudson Yards and Midtown. Blending historic architecture with modern amenities, the project redefines what a workplace can be.
The design highlights the building’s distinct balance of heritage and innovation through a suite of digital materials. Clean layouts and refined typography underscore its architectural grandeur while positioning Morgan North as a timeless yet forward-looking environment for the next generation of tenants.
